Strategy, technology, and tomorrow’s opportunities. In that order of obsession.
I am Noah. I wrote the Future-Proofing Playbook to answer one question with scientific rigour and practical intent: how do people and organisations remain relevant as large language models reshape work? Everything on this site, from the insights to the services and products, is built from that research.
Corporate Development & Strategy Lead
Vaulted is a deep-tech spin-off from ETH Zurich in sustainable construction: vaulted floor systems that replace mass with load-bearing geometry, cutting embodied emissions by roughly three quarters against a conventional slab. My mandate spans corporate development and strategy, including making the company AI native from the ground up.
Strategy Consultant
Strategy consulting at Bain & Company, contributing to an advanced manufacturing and services engagement focused on portfolio and footprint optimisation. Business transformation and sustainability consulting at EY, and M&A advisory at BDO. This toolkit runs through the Playbook: structured problem-solving, defensible numbers, and a clear focus on creating value.
Teaching Assistant, Grand Challenges Strategy Project
Teaching Assistant for the Master’s course "Grand Challenges Strategy Project", mentoring seven student teams in weekly meetings as they developed consulting projects for Microsoft, UBS, Nestlé, Autoneum, Swisspod, Vege’tables, and the Solar Impulse Foundation.
Master’s thesis: the Future-Proofing Playbook
How can individuals remain relevant in labour markets increasingly shaped by large language models?
The thesis translates that question into a five-step Playbook for navigating how LLMs reshape work. Awarded the highest possible grade within the joint EPFL–IMD–HEC Lausanne master’s programme, it provides the research foundation for the strategies, tools, and diagnostics presented throughout this site.
Bachelor’s thesis
How does digitalization impact the interplay between internationalization and firm success?
A similar question at a different level: how a technological shift reshapes the advantages a company competes on, rather than the tasks an individual performs.
MSc in Management, Technology, and Sustainability
An interdisciplinary and international degree across three institutions, combining engineering, general management, and sustainability. The programme is highly selective, with roughly 25 places offered each year.
BA in Business and Economics
Major in business, minor in behavioural science.
Matura, focus on Economics and Law
Bilingual tuition in English and German.
The credentials are context. The work is the argument.
The fastest way to judge the Playbook is to use it: explore the insights, or try the interactive tools in the Services and Products sections.
